At the last meeting it was decided to tear the course down on the 16th
 Friday  afternoon (4PM). More people are available at that time. Also we are putting the Year End Party off until the 26th in hopes of getting a better turn out.  Please RSVP Sonny at 955-9388 no later than 21 Sept. and that the time is 6pm @ Donnies house. We will be haveing the usual pizza & wings, soda will be available,
for those who want something stronger it is BYOB.

 This will be our 7^th year as an IBO affiliated club.  We had approximately 54 members last year.  We will be putting on our 5^th Annual Archery Shoot on July 9 & 10^th 2011. “THERE WILL BE NO MAD RIVER SHOOT THIS YEAR”.
There is going Fun shoot on the 31st of July instead of Mad River.

 A special thank you to all of those who were available to help set up and tear down both courses this past year.  We’re also looking for more help in this season as the club moves on with more events.

Enclosed is a Membership Application, appliction on contact page, if you are planning on joining our club or want to shoot league, fill out the application and send/give check or money to Karla Thomas, Treasurer. Her address is at the bottom of the application. Please note that the dues have not changed. It’s still $50.00 for the first individual and $25.00 for each additional family member up to $100.00 max for a family. (CHILDREN 8 & UNDER ARE FREE)

We are planning on meeting the 2^nd Monday of each month at 7:30 pm tentatively (February’s meeting will be on the first Monday); we will meet at Don Phillips house. (More to follow)

Meeting Dates:  Feb 7^th, Mar 14^th, Apr 11^th, May 9^th, Jun 13^th, Jul 11^th, Aug 8^th  and Sep 12^th. All dates are subject to change and advanced notice will be given.   Our year end meeting will be held at our year end party which is to be announced. 

Club Membership/League Dues are due and you can still Join.  Go to contact page to print membership application. Mail to Karla Thomas address at bottom of application.  Family members up to age 18 and living at home are considered a family member for club membership,  19 and over at home are considered an adult, single membership.

“Children 8 and under shoot for FREE”.

Members are allowed to bring a guest.  You can bring the same guest 2 times, $10.00 per visit, which will go towards a membership.  On the 3^rd visit, they will need to join.

Also, League Shooters who are not Club Members must be accompanied by a member when they are on the course.

We would like to thank the Freeman Family for their continued support in allowing us to set up our course on their property.

Where's the club?

Coming from the church on state street hill, coming from Watertown NY.  The club is just past glass road on the left.
 
Forty targets on somewhat flat terrain, with a few hills.

Shooting starts on or around the 1st of June.  Yearly membership of $50.00 for unlimited shooting till September.  League on Tuesday and Thursday range is closed after 4pm for league shooters only.  If your a member you pay $5 a night for league if not a $25 dollar set up fee and $5 a night.

With club shoot in July with trophies and food, door prizes.  All are welcome.
